AimCV terms of service

These are product-policy terms for development review. The contracting entity, address, governing law, consumer withdrawal rules and billing terms must be completed by counsel before commercial launch.

Service

AimCV provides career software for resume analysis, job discovery, explainable matching, application preparation and application tracking. AimCV is not an employer and does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

User control

You are responsible for reviewing job information and application materials. AimCV will not submit an application without an explicit user approval step. You must provide accurate information and must not use the service for deceptive, unlawful or abusive activity.

Job listings and third parties

Listings may come from third-party data providers or employer career pages. Details can change or expire. The source website controls the application process and may have separate terms.

Paid features

Any future paid plan will charge for software features such as profile analysis, resume tailoring, tracking and productivity tools—not for a guaranteed placement or employment outcome. Country-specific restrictions must be applied before sales begin.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your resume and materials. You grant AimCV only the permissions needed to provide the requested service. Third-party listing content remains subject to its source rights and permitted-use terms.

Suspension and safety

AimCV may stop activity that encounters authentication, CAPTCHA, duplicate-application risk, unsupported destinations or suspected abuse.
