Rules for using Rolqio responsibly.

You must be at least 16, be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Rolqio provides resume analysis, job discovery, match explanations, application preparation and tracking. We may improve, add or retire features while preserving paid rights required by law.

Rolqio is not an employer, recruiter, immigration adviser or law firm. Third-party job sources control their listing details and availability.

Resume-linked match results, scores and assessments are stored in your private account for later review. Reopening a page does not start another listing scan or assessment. Refresh the search yourself for current listings, subject to your plan allowances. A saved result does not mean the listing is still open; check the original source before applying.

Standard Pro supports up to 3 active Job Radars. Radars check new listings daily and compare them with your resume. A daily summary may be sent when new suitable matches are found and email and high-match notifications are enabled. No summary is sent when there are no new suitable listings. Manage these preferences in your account; notifications do not submit applications or contact employers.

Resume upload limits are total account allowances: 1 on Free and 3 on standard Pro. Deleting a resume does not restore an upload allowance. Standard Pro includes separate monthly allowances of 3 resume analyses, 30 job-specific CV improvement plans, 30 job-description CV matches and 30 employer email drafts. Monthly allowances use the UTC calendar month. Campaign or special-package allowances are stated separately at purchase.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Rolqio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and process it only to operate features you request, secure the service and comply with law.

You must have the right to upload the material and must review every score, draft, job listing and application before relying on or sending it. Outputs are guidance, not employment guarantees.

Prices, billing type, access periods and included limits are shown before checkout. iyzico securely processes payment. Monthly Pro renews and is charged automatically each month until you cancel from your account panel. The 3-month option is a one-time payment and ends after the paid period without renewal.

Canceling monthly renewal stops future charges while access continues through the current paid period. The Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms. iyzico's applicable payment terms and mandatory local consumer rights also apply to the transaction.

Do not break the law; misuse another person's data; probe or bypass security; overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; automate deceptive applications; distribute malware; or use Rolqio to discriminate or cause harm. The Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party listing remains available. We may restrict access to address security, legal or material policy violations, using proportionate notice where practical.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Delete my profile deactivates your account immediately and signs you out. Account data is retained for 30 days; signing in again during that period reactivates the account and cancels deletion. After the period, the account and private files are scheduled for permanent deletion. Records that must be retained for legal duties may be kept for the applicable periods.

An account deletion request does not replace subscription cancellation or a refund request. If you use monthly Pro, cancel automatic renewal from Pricing & Plan before deleting your account. Refund requests are reviewed separately under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Provisions that logically need to survive, including payment records, ownership and accrued liabilities, remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolqio is provided without a promise that it will produce a job offer or be error-free. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability limitation will be interpreted narrowly under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and a new affirmative acceptance will be requested when required.
