Your career data stays under your control.

This notice covers information processed in your Rolqio account, career workspace and support communications. Send privacy questions and requests to hellorolqio@gmail.com. iyzico handles secure payment processing under its own notices.

We collect account details, profile and career preferences, resumes and their extracted text, saved jobs, searches, applications, drafts you request, support messages, consent records and security or device information needed to operate the service.

Required billing identity and address details are sent to iyzico to open its secure payment form. Rolqio receives transaction, subscription reference, renewal status and entitlement information, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

Please avoid including special-category or highly sensitive information in a resume unless it is genuinely necessary for your use of the service.

We process account and workspace information to perform our contract with you; security, fraud prevention and service improvement where we have a legitimate interest; transaction and compliance records where law requires it; and resume AI processing or marketing only on the consent choices shown to you.

Resume compatibility scores and guidance support your own decisions. Rolqio does not make hiring decisions, apply to jobs or contact employers for you.

Resume-linked match results, scores and assessments are stored in your private account for later review. Reopening a page does not start another listing scan or assessment. Refresh the search yourself for current listings, subject to your plan allowances. A saved result does not mean the listing is still open; check the original source before applying.

To provide Job Radar and notifications, we process your saved search criteria, active resume evidence, match results and delivery preferences. Standard Pro supports up to 3 active Job Radars. Radars check new listings daily and compare them with your resume. A daily summary may be sent when new suitable matches are found and email and high-match notifications are enabled. No summary is sent when there are no new suitable listings. Manage these preferences in your account; notifications do not submit applications or contact employers. Product news and career tips use a separate optional marketing choice.

If you connect the Rolqio browser extension, it sends only the optional job title and company plus the job description that you review and submit for analysis. The extension does not store your resume or password and does not submit applications.

Completed extension analyses and the submitted job description are saved privately in your Rolqio account so you can review them later. Extension access is tied to a device-specific token that expires after 90 days and can be revoked by disconnecting the browser. Token usage timestamps and request counts are retained for security and abuse prevention.

Rolqio’s use of information received through the Chrome extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this information only to provide, improve and secure the extension’s disclosed user-facing functionality. We do not use or transfer it for personalized advertising.

We use Vercel for application delivery, Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, Resend for transactional and consented product email, third-party AI services for requested resume analysis, iyzico for secure payment processing, Google Analytics for aggregate service analytics, and Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API for optional advertising conversion measurement. For product emails, Resend may report delivery, opens and link clicks so we can measure usefulness and avoid repeatedly sending ineffective messages; you can disable product news and tips from Notification preferences. Job discovery uses Adzuna, Careerjet, USAJobs and Jobicy.

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service, legal obligation, security investigation or business transfer. We do not sell personal information; optional advertising measurement is controlled through Privacy Choices. With permission, measurement providers may receive page views, registration and purchase events, and device and connection information. TikTok registration events may include IP addresses, browser information and attribution identifiers; account email addresses and phone numbers are not added to these events. In Türkiye, service analytics and advertising measurement each require your permission.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers must rely on an applicable legal mechanism and provider safeguards. Provider locations and terms can change, so contact us if you need current transfer information for a particular feature.

Account and career workspace records are kept while your account is active and then only as needed to complete deletion, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal duties. You can delete resumes from the product; their private stored file is removed as part of that action. Upload usage records are maintained so deleting a file does not reset the lifetime allowance. Separately saved applications and drafts are not deleted by the resume-file action.

Delete my profile deactivates your account immediately and signs you out. Account data is retained for 30 days; signing in again during that period reactivates the account and cancels deletion. After the period, the account and private files are scheduled for permanent deletion. Records that must be retained for legal duties may be kept for the applicable periods.

An account deletion request does not replace subscription cancellation or a refund request. If you use monthly Pro, cancel automatic renewal from Pricing & Plan before deleting your account. Refund requests are reviewed separately under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Our retention policy provides for keeping provider-request logs for 90 days, abuse events for 180 days, audit records for up to 730 days before anonymisation, and generated export files for 7 days. Transaction records may be retained longer where accounting law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the Privacy Choices page or email hellorolqio@gmail.com. We may verify identity and normally respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. California residents may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights; Advertising measurement can be disabled and consent withdrawn through Privacy Choices.

Rolqio is not intended for children under 16. We use access controls, private storage, encryption in transit and operational monitoring, but no online service can promise absolute security.

We will update the date and provide appropriate notice if a material change affects your rights or requires a new choice.
