How to use a resume match score well.
Compatibility scores are most useful when they explain the evidence behind them. Use the score to focus your review, then make the final decision yourself.

What the percentage measures
Rolqio separates explicit required and preferred qualifications, then compares each measurable criterion with evidence in your analyzed resume. The percentage combines occupation, required qualifications, relevant experience, seniority, industry, education and credentials, language, preferences and CV evidence quality.
The percentage is normalized only across criteria the listing makes measurable. A separate evidence-confidence percentage reflects description completeness, measurable coverage and CV detail. Short or incomplete listings can cap the match percentage rather than being treated as perfect evidence.

How material requirements affect the score
A missing mandatory certification, language or substantial experience requirement can cap the overall percentage even when the title and several skills match. Work authorization is never inferred from a resume and remains a manual check.
Common technical aliases can be recognized, but one matching keyword cannot satisfy a requirement containing several distinct skills. A qualification supported by duration, responsibility or achievement evidence is stronger than a skill name listed without context.
Revisit your saved matches
Start a search in Matches for your resume to save results for later review. Reopening the page does not start another scan. Refresh the search yourself for current listings; refreshes are subject to your plan limits.
Saved results do not mean new listings have been found. Confirm availability and requirements on the original source before applying.
Improve your resume without overstating it
Start by making relevant evidence easier to find. Use specific outcomes, accurate role context and the terminology you genuinely used in your work. Do not add tools, achievements or responsibilities you cannot support.
For each target role, prioritize the most relevant experience and remove repetition. A focused resume is easier for both people and screening systems to understand.
Use gaps as a decision tool
A gap may be something you already know but have not explained clearly, a skill you can learn, or a firm requirement you do not meet. Those are different situations and should lead to different decisions.
