Cancellations and refunds without surprises.

Monthly Pro is a recurring subscription charged automatically each month until canceled. The 3-month option is a one-time payment and ends after 3 months without automatic renewal. The final amount and payment type are displayed before confirmation.

You can cancel automatic monthly renewal from Pricing & Plan in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the current paid period shown in your panel.

An account deletion request does not replace subscription cancellation or a refund request. If you use monthly Pro, cancel automatic renewal from Pricing & Plan before deleting your account. Refund requests are reviewed separately under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Email hellorolqio@gmail.com from the address on your Rolqio account and include the iyzico transaction reference shown in your payment confirmation. Your access remains available for the purchased period unless a refund is completed.

Refund eligibility is determined under Rolqio's terms, iyzico's applicable payment rules and any mandatory consumer law that applies. Submit the transaction email, order number and reason to Rolqio so the request can be reviewed.

Residents of the EU, EEA or UK may have a statutory withdrawal right in some circumstances, commonly within 14 days, subject to rules for digital services and any valid request for immediate performance. Nothing here limits a non-waivable legal right.

Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid access while your account data and mandatory rights remain subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

A price change applies to future one-time purchases or a future subscription period after any legally required notice. It does not change a completed one-time purchase.
