We may process identity and contact details; account and session records; profile, career, resume, search, saved match scores and assessment results, job-radar and application data; support requests; payment and subscription references; and consent, security, device and transaction records. Rolqio does not store full card numbers.

Data is processed to create and perform the account contract, provide the career workspace, secure the service, prevent fraud, provide support and meet payment or record-keeping duties under the applicable grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698.

Resume AI analysis and commercial electronic messages use the separate choice shown at the relevant step. Acknowledging this notice is not explicit consent.

Data is collected electronically through registration and profile forms, uploaded files, product actions, support communications, security logs, the payment provider and measurement technologies you allow.

Where necessary to provide the service, Rolqio may use Vercel, Supabase, Resend, iyzico and third-party AI services for resume analysis; Adzuna, Careerjet, USAJobs and Jobicy for job discovery; and Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok according to your measurement choices. International transfers must use an applicable mechanism under Article 9 of Law No. 6698.

Saved match results support later review; active resume and search criteria support matching; notification preferences and delivery records provide the radar alerts you request as part of performing the service contract. Marketing choices are separate.

Delete my profile deactivates your account immediately and signs you out. Account data is retained for 30 days; signing in again during that period reactivates the account and cancels deletion. After the period, the account and private files are scheduled for permanent deletion. Records that must be retained for legal duties may be kept for the applicable periods.

You may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including requesting information, correction or deletion and objecting to a result produced solely by automated analysis. Send a verifiable request to hellorolqio@gmail.com.
